Bob brings over 40 years of financial management experience to the Real Estate Sales and Property Management business.
He is a retired Nevada CPA and holds both a BA and MBA from Rutgers University.
Bob has participated in a wide variety of financial transactions including as Chief Financial Officer for Octel Communications and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors for Cisco Systems.

Adria has found that her education and experience as a Licensed School Psychologist has been invaluable in dealing with the personalities and issues one encounters in Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
For Property Management, Adria manages tenant acquisitions from the first contact to showings to signing the lease. She is also responsible for lease renewals and handles any HOA issues.
Adria's counseling experience has been an asset for her clients, especially when a sale or purchase transaction encounters unexpected issues.
Adria is a licensed Realtor® and holds a Property Manager Permit in Nevada. She holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Masters in Educational Psychology.
